hello, I received such a message, does anyone have information about this?

"Hello, my name is Jackson, I'm the bot in charge of security. You have received a complaint that you are a scammer, in order that your account was not blocked send me your name and surname, as well as your e-mail.
You will need to be verified today, in the worst case your account will be blocked.
Send me your first name, last name and e-mail!!!!!"

I just received that same message today and two more like that with different "Etsy" support accounts, I have not have a single sale since my store opened but I have received tons of this scam messages asking for my email and first and last name...it's a bit frustrating...

I don't know what's funnier - the message itself, or the idea that Etsy would contact you to fix something before they close you. Frankly I'm surprised when people get contact after they get closed. Scammers clearly don't understand that Etsy is allergic to communication.
