Mp4 files can you upload for your product file ?

Mp4 files can you upload for your product file for buyers to download digital product.

I thought I had uploaded mp4 files previously on other listings I have uploaded, but at the moment cannot upload any files , every time I try it has an error, sometimes I get an upload here and there.It is a Pain in A

Mp4 does not appear in the list of supported file formats for digital listings on Etsy.

Thanks, I saw that today when I could not upload a file, I checked the files, and it only has .mov for video.

It is a bit behind do you not think as the most used file is mp4 for video, now I will have to convert mp4 files to .mov before I can upload another time-consuming step in the process.

@BrainBenders try enclosing it in a zip file??? Or host it on a file sharing platform such as Dropbox and then upload a PDF containing the link.

Thanks Amaradon , I have done that with flipbooks but yeah will work
