Once upon a time, I was able to request help on a foreign order, but I can't even find your email address!
The only reason I even knew I had an order--you did not send me an email--was that you sent some money to my bank account.
I am now 4 days late in shipping this order to Canada, but worse yet, I only know how to process a label from your order sold email.
My order is now stuck, I can generate a label, and I need some serious help.

@TheMagicRingStore There are other ways to buy and print Etsy labels if you are willing to learn.
First, Etsy Forums is your fellow Sellers, often with more practical experience selling than anyone you would talk to in Support.
Etsy Support doesn't have an email - you can take your chances going through the Help Center Contact Us links.
You cannot rely on Etsy emails - I only get a fraction of the ones I'm supposed to be getting - sales, messages, transfers, labels, even my own purchases as a Buyer. Get in the habit of checking your shop more often.
Here is how to buy/print a label -
Go to Etsy, Shop Manager - Orders and Shipping.
Next to the order, click the mail truck icon, and you are on the label page, which should be familiar to you, if you've been purchasing them thru the transaction email links in the past.
That wasn't hard, no need to panic, next time, come to the Forums for quick help and less angst than trying to reach Support!
Also - this is an open public Forum, you may want to edit your post to delete your personal email - nobody is going to email you, but there are a lot of scammers who may try.
To contact Etsy support, go to the help section ( top of the page ) and drill down with the relevant I still need help options till you get an email to contact.

To contact Etsy go to Community and Help and scroll down to contact us, that is the main way unless you have the Chat button which at chat they may or may not be able to help you. I never purchase shipping at the email we are sent, but directly on the order where it shows Purchase Shipping. If you don't have an order that shows up on your outstanding orders the order may not have actually processed for some reason. Not sure what is happening.
@TheMagicRingStore: Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
There is no published phone number or eMail address for Etsy customer service (any you find on the internet will most likely be scammers) but you can try https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?segment=selling or you can open a support ticket through Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us
If the order is still processing, you can't make a label, because you shouldn't ship yet. The order may fail.
It doesn't count as late yet, because it is not an active order.
Please do not click on links in emails - even if it looks like it's from Etsy - there are lots of scams going around. To check your orders log in to Etsy and go to your shop manager, or use the seller app. Then check your 'orders and delivery' page. Shipping labels can then be purchased there.
