Etsy has said it will not adjust the Star Seller metrics.

You can download a record of all of your conversations to see which one you missed.  Perhaps you think you don't have to reply to messages when you are a buyer?

Etsy's statistics will be correct.  Go to your Star Seller screen and click in the message box and then download the message report and it will show you which one was missed.

Did you miss one from someone who wasn’t a customer?  Did you buy from them and they sent you a thank you note?  A lot of sellers didn’t realize those messages needed to be replied to.

@CstmzdBypartiesbyTea: Screaming at us by posting in all upper case is not going to increase the odds of getting an answer. This is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Have you checked the applicable CSV file to see which message(s) Etsy thinks you did not answer within the 24 hour window? Remember that the CSV file is in UTC not in your time zone.
