Star Seller - I met all of the requirements, why did I not receive the badge?

Hello All, 

I started my shop back in September, and have responded to every message, shipped everything on time, and received only 5-star reviews. It literally says 100% response rate, 5.0 average rating, and 100% on-time shipping and tracking for December (and every month before that).

What else would I need to do to get the badge? I feel like something went wrong here on Etsy's end...

Did you sell at least 5 items and bring in sales of $300+ In the three month period (October, November December)?Without meeting those two criteria, Etsy won’t award the badge.

Unless something has changed, you also have to make at least 5 sales in that amount of time as well as sell a minimum of $300.

To get SS you need to have been on etsy for 90 days from the date of your first sale.

Until that time, you can meet the targets, but not get the badge.

Your orders metrics says pending next to it, even if you get the minimum of 5, when you're still in the 90 days.

You also have to get $300 worth of sales to get SS.

Did you meet the order and revenue requirement?

Starting in July, shops will need to have at least 5 orders (down from 10) within the three month review period to qualify for Star Seller. Those orders will still need to total $300 before shipping and taxes.

Hi All,

In the past 90 days, the shop has made more than the required $300, with 20 orders, all messages (and spam) replied to, everything shipped and delivered on time, and 5 five-star reviews in that timeframe. 

Pretty sure that checks all of the boxes...

It's only issued on the first of the month. 

Did you meet all of the requirements, including the 90 days since the first sale, before January 1st?

What was the date of your first sale?

Your first sale had to have been September 3rd or before to get Jan's badge.

90 days from today was October 5th.

The badge is only issued on the 1st of the month. The next badge is issued Feb 1st.
