How buyer can change the reviews and have some problems on listing

Hi

First,I meet some problems on sales. Some buyers want to change their reviews into 5 stars.But they don't know how to change it. Could you pls give us a link to change it or some method to remove it?

Second ,I find some listing have changed into inactive suddenly and we don't know what have happened.Some of the items are shown out of stock.But I have already changed inventory  .It's very confused.could you pls provide some solutions?
