I cannot renew any of my items

Need help etsy. I can't renew any of my listings today. I'm in Australia, internet connection is fine. Can't understand why I cannot renew. Thinking it is a glitch. I just get the red 'oh oh something went wrong' red banner message.

Good grief, Etsy!  You need to fix this.  We are losing money and you are too if we can't renew.

My gosh, I hate it when they don't acknowledge that there's a problem.  How many of us need to complain before they act?

I'm having the same problem since yesterday - I can relist on my phone via the etsy app but not on my chrome google laptop

I've just renewed two items from the individual edit.

I'm in Canada and I can't renew any listings either.  I tried four times and gave up.  You would think just the fact that etsy is losing money would make them fix it.

Etsy, we are all here, where are you?  Could we please get an update on where this stands in terms of a fix.  Between this renewal issue and the messages to customers from the sold page looking like they are not sending, this has been a frustrating morning trying to get anything accomplished.  Thanks - looking forward to hearing something soon.  Between my three shops I have 20+ listings to renew this morning.

Was able to get around it by Editing, then Publish.

Thank you!  I was trying to renew an expired listing and was able to renew if I first went into the listing and renewed from there!

Thanks for the info, I will try this.  Update: this worked for me. I just renewed only 4 of my most important. I will wait until they fix it to renew the rest of my 133 expired listings I have, as My Time is too valuable to manually renew one listing at time.

Editing and publishing then trying to renew didn't work for me.  And, now I can't publish from draft either.  Hand meet forehead. (sigh)

Also not able to renew listings!  Are we all part of some stupid test gone wrong?  A few people today and yesterday with problems renewing/publishing listings but if this were wide spread, I think there would be a lot more forum reports.
