Need help etsy. I can't renew any of my listings today. I'm in Australia, internet connection is fine. Can't understand why I cannot renew. Thinking it is a glitch. I just get the red 'oh oh something went wrong' red banner message.
DivineSystasis that was a lovely idea- hope you enjoyed it! Unfortunately you would have turned into a prune if you stayed there until the issue had been fixed! Still not working!
Same here in UK so is worldwide then, they must know about it but as usual tomorrow will do style except their tomorrows take forevermore! Wouldn't it be great to have a site run professionally? Ah dreams on!!!
I have the same problem in the USA. Have not been able to renew items for 2 days. I contacted Etsy help. Received back a message that said it could take 2 days to get a reply. I've tried a number of fixes but it is an Etsy system error. I just keep getting an "uh-oh" message, Hoping Etsy is aware of this problem and working to fix it asap.
There are workarounds that will help - not convenient but workable. Trying to do things through the Shop Manager are problematic - open the listing and renew from there. Draft listings can be opened as it to edit it then use the publish button to post. I've seen reports of things working better on the Etsy app (I don't even have a cell phone so I can't test that).

Hi ,same issue here. I can't renew or list new items directly from the dashboard .I am currently waiting to here back from etsy technical support but for those of you how have ever had to reach out to them you will now what a futile effort that is.
Someone did mention that they had luck with renewing listing by editing the listing so that is probably our best bet since etsy dose not care about the functionality of their site.
I haven't been able to renew for a few days now. I can post new listings but not expiring ones. *sigh* I've had my shop closed for awhile but it looks like things are still the same.
