I cannot renew any of my items

Need help etsy. I can't renew any of my listings today. I'm in Australia, internet connection is fine. Can't understand why I cannot renew. Thinking it is a glitch. I just get the red 'oh oh something went wrong' red banner message.

For a few weeks, I have been unable to renew the listing by clicking on the picture (the text and pic were all funky). Now that ability is fixed but you can't renew it from the listings now. They fixed one issue, but it caused another.

@RiversEdgeRelics  where are you trying to do the renewal from?  your Listing Manager or in the actual listing opened from your home page?  Maybe we can help

@InVintageHeaven  Try renewing by opening the listing you want to renew from your shop home page and using the Renew button at the top of the listing.  It doesn't seem to want to work through your listing manager

TheOldBarnDoor yes, it works from the shop page. Somewhat laborious, but at least it works!

I've renewed today by going into individual listings/edit/renew! 

However I can't bulk edit auto/manual renewals.

I'm in Florida, USA and the same thing is happening to me.  Just hang in there; it's not the first time this has happened.  They will fix it.  Good thing it's the weekend.  Betty

As TheOldBarnDoor said, it works renewing from the listing in the shop, not in the Shop Manager. I've just did it.

I have been trying all day started a 6am this morning and it is now 7.30pm and am still getting the error message, You would think that they would fix this quickly as they are losing money as well as ourselves
