I was unable to contact Etsy after 2 of my listings were removed for alleged policy violations and had my "star seller" status removed. I waited to send an appeal to Etsy but only received an automatic email reply. I messaged Etsy support using the inbox on the right corner of the screen but no one responded to me. I also submitted a support request in the Seller section and only received an automatic Email followed by closing the request from Etsy.
I have been trying to contact the Etsy team for over 2 months without success. Can anyone help me?

Did you reply to the email you received?
Wait for an answer and reply.
They did say that my product violates the manual policy.
I checked and my product complies with the policy, I also included videos and pictures of me making the product but there is no response from the support team.
you mean the handmade policy?
Did you find your products on other major selling platforms? Maybe your photos were stolen?
