Orders showing as completed when they are not (digital items)

I sell made to order digital items but in the past 24 hours they are going straight to completed even though they have not been done 

is anyone else having the same issue?

I had this happen a while back, some of the listings I updated to made to order glitched and were being treated as standard digital items. Etsy are aware of the issue. I found editing my listings using the old listings manager in shop manager rather than the new one stopped it happening again.
