I can't get into my Shop Manager

I'm on my desktop and am logged in, but when I try to get into my Shop Manager, I'm just getting a flashing grey circle thing. Anyone else having this problem?

No idea what the actual problem is, and I know this is cliche, but the first thing I'd try is shut down my computer, then restart. Couldn't hurt and might help... ?

The app seems to be working but can’t access my dashboard via mobile web at all.

I have the same problem. Not able to access my Shop Manager. I have tried both in Chrome and Edge.

Ditto. Sell on Etsy mobile app working but seller dashboard not loading on computer. Tried two different browsers, which is a quick way to check if its you or them!

I went in through messages (a deleted etsy customer message email) and got to Shop Manager that way.

It's one year and two months after the original post, and I'm still experiencing the same problem with the shop manager...

Go to messages via your account profile, and you'll be in your shop manager.

@PurityGems   When a buyer sends you a message, it goes to your email, but also to your etsy site in messages.  Once I have replied, I delete it in my email.  I went to one of those, clicked on reply and it brought me to etsy messages.  Shop Manager is on the left.

Same problem here. Clear cashe logged out and in, restarted laptop. Works on my phone but not the laptop

I cannot open my shop manager, I shut down my computer and deleted all messages from Etsy.
