I can't get into my Shop Manager

I'm on my desktop and am logged in, but when I try to get into my Shop Manager, I'm just getting a flashing grey circle thing. Anyone else having this problem?

I can't get into messages unless I'm on the app, and there is no reply button on the app you just start writing. I don't k know how you got into messages without the app with the manager being down. I guess I'm screwed

You don't need the dashboard to get to your messages.

Go to https://www.etsy.com/ OR click the Etsy Logo on the top left corner of this page -> Your account -> Messages

I am having the same, so many technical issues at the moment with Etsy.  I have cleared my cookies and Cache, tried opening on a different browser.  All so annoying.

I’m still having no luck getting into shop manager why won’t Etsy fix this issue? I don’t understand why there is always the same problems recurring constantly?
