I can't acess Help Center

I can't access the Help Center! When I go to the Help Center it wants me to "sign in"  but  I click on the "sign in" and it just refreshes the page!   (Sorry I have no idea how to label this)

Hi, I think you will automatically be Signed In *(someone correct me if wrong).  When you go to Help, select "For Selling".  Then carry on as normal. You can also go to Shop Dashboard, Community & Help (Left Column) > Contact.

I've never had to sign in but I was always signed in before I went there? I assume you mean on Etsy  not via some email link? There have been a lot of fake Etsy site emails lately?  If someone is saying they  can't purchase from you and need your email that is a scam. They link you to a fake Etsy page where they want your sign in, bank info etc.

@hopeandjoystudios  I've not contacted Etsy.  But when I go to Help, there is a Sign In Tab top Right of page. I've never used it though.  Although a while ago I remember my Avatar showing there (instead of the Sign In Tab).  I can't recall how it got there.

@hopeandjoystudios  I am on a browser, seems even though I am signed in to Etsy they want me to sign in again to access the help center lately! I will try another browser!

Weird. I just see the regular interface (signed in) MSEdge on a pc it is Help> seller> issue list..no sign in. What browser/device are you guys using?

If I try to access Help from the forum, it wants me to sign in.

If I go through my Shop Manager/dashboard, I'm already signed in.

I can't access it directly from the forum anyplace I can see..I have to click TOU and then the Help center link is at the bottom of that page?

On desktop/laptop- You should have a link at the top of the page options. Look up top left under the Etsy Community header. You should see Teams, Etsy Forums, Seller events, Seller Handbook and Help. Help has a drop down (tiny inverted triangle) If you hover cursor over Help it will show you the options (Help Center, Technical Issues, Getting started etc). Select Help Center or just click the word Help. It should take you directly to the Help Center.

Tried on another browser and still couldn't access anything it wants me to sign in...

Are you 1 or 2 factor sign in? Maybe that makes a difference?

@hopeandjoystudiosI think one. Maybe they got sick of hearing about all the problems I have been having and banned me! I use firefox but tried Safari with no luck. It seems it is always something with Etsy these days!

I realise you've tried with two different browsers and that usually rules out a browser related issue but do you have any extensions/plug-ins installed such as adblockers? Or are you running antivirus software on your device? 

Sometimes it's worth switching them off temporarily to see if that helps because they can sometimes cause conflicts with web pages. Just don't forget to turn them back on afterwards whether they solved your access issues or not.

Still waiting for Etsy help! This could be a big issue next month if I am not a star seller with no access to chat either!

@BluKatDesign  You started this OP one week ago tomorrow, and you are still waiting for help.  I'm really sorry about that. I hope it will be OK to alert an Admin.  It's gone on long enough.

I would try clearing my cache and cookies (as the always tell you to do that) then restarting my device then trying browsers I have not tried..Chrome? MSEdge? And if possible try another device to see if it is a device issue. With Etsy issues you really need to trouble shoot so many things to get rid of any chance it is device or browser dependent. NOT saying Etsy does not have errors..not at all. I remember not being able to print scan sheets here for a couple weeks and I was not alone. Etsy told us it was on our end not theirs and suddenly  they just "miraculously"  with no further changes on  my end started working again. Etsy... With all the live test code pushed daily it is a sh!tshow of errors. I still have to refresh the page to get past the red error banner every time I sign in to one of my shops. Thumbnail crop tool works when it feels like it.

@hopeandjoystudiosYes, I cleared cache, cookies & tried another browser with no luck! Just worried Etsy will blow this off like they did with my email problem. Since I do not get email, I need to have access to the help center esp. if I am not a star seller next month and will not have access to chat! Way too many problems lately here on Etsy!!!

Thanks, I wonder how long this will take? It seems I get blown off all of the time. Been waiting for 3 years on another issue!
