The webpage icon for my attachments disappeared. There is no button.
Then I dragged the photo into the dialog box and pressed upload, and it said: Looks like you're messaging this person for the first time, so you can't send images yet.
Apparently I have communicated with the client before.

The app has an attachment upload button, but it cannot upload photos. Upload failed.
But the client can send me photos.
How can I fix this? This is a big bug. Is it just me?
It's possible Etsy may be limiting your actions due to IP infringements. Unless you have a commercial license to do so from Disney, I would not send or sell another item from your shop! All your listings are infringing upon Disney, thus making them illegal counterfeits! Neither in my browser nor on the app, I can’t attach pictures of an ongoing conversation about a custom order I’m working on. Is this a temporary glitch?
I attached pictures to a convo yesterday no problems. It has issues if the picture is the wrong format, too large, or more than three at a time. (From my experiences.) Otherwise, IDK.
If it is a current order.. email your customer with the pix. Maybe try deleting and reloading the app. For your computer.. Maybe log out and log back in again to Etsy?
