Star Seller Miscalculation

There's an error in my star seller data which I'd like to report. According to CSV an order wasn't shipped, but you look at the order and date of shipment and tracking # is right there. Just as added a day within purchase.
 
I've tried the chat option to speak to Etsy, to no avail, and there's no email option to send them an email.

@bycinbyhand: Are your statistics showing that the order shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking? If not, often a shipment will often not appear in the CSV file and stats until after the scheduled to ship by date, regardless of when you actually shipped.

If your statistics have been affected, what happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it. It has been suggested to not mention Star Seller when contacting support so your inquiry is not summarily brushed aside.

If that does not work, and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
