Hi, my sales almost entirely stopped after Etsy suspended my account last month due bank account verification. I was able to resolve the issue by verifying my bank account and the shop is back again. But my shop sales went dead after that. I even started advertising my listings and they are not even showing up in search (advertised or not).

I'm sorry to hear this.
It might take some time to get back to your normal maybe.
(It's slower than last year for many sellers anyways.)
By my experience, it's always extremely slow after a long time absence (by vacation, not adding new items for a long time, or not renewing sold items for a long time etc.)
SEO algorithms are not 100% clear but my guess is constant updating, constant adding is one of the key elements to be at the top page of the search...
I want to hear from other sellers, too.
Your shop is really nice and I hope you can increase your sales day by day from here.

Your shop is not indexed, which is usually an etsy glitch. You need to contact etsy and specifically state your shop is "not indexed".
The way to tell is to search within your shop for a common term. I searched "clip art" and nothing came up.
Oh wow, I had no idea! Do I contact Etsy by email? Is there an email for technical support?

Following the link that ForeverWindingWool shared:
select: selling on Etsy
select: Manage my shop and listings
Select: manage listings
Then I see an option at the bottom of the screen that says I still need help. Select that.
From there, I was given an option to chat or to have Etsy call back.
Hopefully that gets you out of the loop.
