Star Seller is not accurate for message response time

I answer most messages within 10 minutes of receiving them and yet my percentage is showing at 0%?!  Etsy actually sent me a positive message yesterday when I responded to a message so quickly. So what’s with the 0%?

I just got off chat with Etsy. My Message response rate went from 100% to 93%, saying I had missed sending one message. They sent a screen shot with the message, but I remember drafting and sending said message, but it isn't showing. Perhaps there is some glitch (or shall I say, yet another glitch). Sigh.

Thanks for the info. I guess I’m going to have to try chatting with them also because usually my message response rate is at 100% but now it’s not saying 0% just - -% like it’s never been updated?  Etsy just keeps adding more seller apps instead of just making one app that consistently works!
