My score is down to 92% due to one order been sent out late due to the Royal Mail cyber attack. Just been on chat with someone and they can not change it. Linked to here to report the problem after reading a link they sent.

A: We know that shipping international orders on time has been more difficult for some UK sellers and we want to make sure that your Star Seller status is fairly assessed. Your Star Seller eligibility for February will not be impacted as a result of international orders that didn’t ship on time due to the Royal Mail incident.
But my score has been affected, so can someone here help to get it back to 100%, it was just one order, that the buyer was happy to wait for his special order to be posted out once Royal Mail International postal service were back up and running.
Seems unfair to answer a question on a forum and then not do what was stated.
