Hi everyone,
this is my first thread in the form.
Im starting selling on Etsy 3 months ago and have a lot of trouble with the support team.
Now my problem is, that nobody reply to my support tickets and the last chat with the support is still there when entering support chat again. Looks like the session was not terminated correctly. Now I can not write them again. It is so over two weeks.
I also wrote a mail to legal@etsy.com with all my trouble, but didn’t got reply either.
Telephone call back is also not possible, because the call back form on the support page only accepts 5 numbers, which is not enough for German phone numbers!?
Unbelievable …!
Has anybody any idea what to do?
Thanks a lot,
Bianka

Re: How to reset support chat
Hi Bianka,
I got the same problem. Have you solved this problem? The chat function is still hanging and can't contact Etsy Support
