Can not sign in to my Etsy shop ..... Invalid Email

Can not sign in to my Etsy shop, CathysTeesandSweats, when I sign in with my Email I get a Invalid Email response.  Yes this is the right email address, I have been receiving messages for months on this email and all of a sudden the messages have stopped. I have been trying to contact Etsy since  Sept. 23 and no person answered back. I did send back the automated questionnaire, with all the answers to the questions .... but no response.  I can see from my shops main page that an Item was sold and the deposit was not sent to my account on Monday. What to do?

Who do you use your email with? You should check into that if you aren't receiving emails at your email address. There's an issue there.

I found the shop with 8 items listed.

Yes that is the shop, I just can not sign in. Need to add items and ship the order that is waiting.

Hi, how did you solve your problem? I have the same problem now with my shop JuosteDesign. And I even cannot find it in etsy search...
