Star Seller Bug

Hello,

although my statistics are sufficient for a Star Seller, I did not receive the badge this month. Are there currently any issues with it? In the live chat they told me that my stats are valid and eligible for Star seller badge.

You are missing the messages button.  Download the CSV to get what messages Etsy thinks you missed.

for the star seller showing on your page now, it was calculated at end January

click on PREVIOUS review period and download the CSV.

it defaults to current, which is what you are working towards for end February

I exceeded the requirements for the seller star in the PREVIOUS evaluation period, but I still did not receive it for this month. I have uploaded a screenshot of the last evaluation period https://imgur.com/a8v15DU

I don't understand what the problem is
