How do I switch old/new add listings option?

I am trying to get into the "add listings" section to learn the steps by heart, but keep getting sent to an errors page that reads " Oh no, a stitch has gone awry, please try again later" I have attempted to get into "Add Listings" from multiple computers as well as a few different browsers... Still getting the error. I know there is supposed to be an option to switch from the older version to the newer updated version of "Add Listings"...I just can't seem to locate it on the listing's page...Can someone please explain to me how to switch listing versions, or what I'm doing wrong? Hey @PillowDetails  thanks for taking the time to reply. I have seen that payments have been an issue for other folks so that's the first thing I checked. This week I had the micropayment clear my account and I entered the amount. I have no flags or warnings. My payment account says verified. I am stuck and frustrated. I have been on Etsy since 2009 as an active buyer, and my payING info is up to date. I don't know what else to do!
