I need to get some information about How to sell Gift Certificates thru my shop?

I am sure that you are not allowed to sell gift certificates in your shop. Etsy however have produced their own gift certificates which can be spent in Etsy shops

8. Shop-Specific Gift Certificates

Shop-Specific Gift Certificates are not permitted on Etsy.

You are allowed to direct your customers to purchase the "Etsy gift card" which can be used in any shop on Etsy which accepts Etsy payments

Probably quicker to ask in the forum.

The other option is via "help" in the dashboard, if you get an automated reply which has nothing to do with your question, keep replying with "still need help" a real person will eventually look at it. Mostly you would have figured it out by yourself by then, less stressful
