I can not contact to etsy help center

Hi i cant contact with etsy help center when i open the chat room there is 0 respond i am trying everyday i need help urgent

If you click on your forum profile avatar in the top right of the screen you will see all the previous posts you have created. 

You can contact support via your shop manager (Help > Contact us), or ask your questions here.

If your chat is broken, you need to open an email ticket to get it fixed. It's a common problem.

Dashboard > Help > Contact us

Pick a topic as close as possible and look for the button "I still need help''.  You should be able to access the email.

Hi there is only two option for me chat with us or let us call you i have a turkish number thats why they cant call me and when i click chat with us there is no response

@ElegantHandiworks to repeat, you have to open an email ticket to get it fixed. Just try all the different Help options until you get one that is for email, then write in the title & message that you need your Chat fixed.
