How can I request a phone call from Etsy?

I know Etsy doesn’t have a customer support line we can just call, but I’ve heard that there’s a way to request a call from them. I’m aware I could just email them, but they typically take awhile to respond to my emails and I’m in an urgent situation right now. I’ve also tried their chat support thing but they weren’t much help and just escalated my concerns to email.
