On January 30th, without any warning, my shop was put into “Vacation Mode” due to an information verification issue. Prior to that, we had even earned the "Star Seller" badge. Since then, I’ve been submitting support tickets through the Help Center almost daily, but I have never received any reply. This has been going on for nearly two months now, with no updates or responses at all.
We have always provided high-quality, original products and services to our customers. We have never violated any community policies or had any disputes with customers. During this “Vacation Mode” period, I did receive a notice saying my account was “Permanently Suspended,” but after appealing, Etsy Support quickly replied that it was a system error and informed me that my account was fully reinstated and ready to resume sales.
However, after logging in again, my account was still in Vacation Mode. When I followed up to question this, the most frustrating thing happened—I never received any further response.
I don’t know what to do anymore. Can someone please tell me how to resolve this issue or provide any helpful advice? I would truly appreciate it.

Etsy does have a live chat. You have to go to contact etay. Click through until you find a problem with an order as a selection. Go to the bottom and select the option that says you still need more help.
It should take you to a page with two options. One is to request a call back and the other option is live chat.
I've had similar issues this week and use chat multiple times. Sadly some of the chat personnel are useless, but each time you reenter a chat you get a new person. Occasionally you will get someone who is helpful.
Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried many times but couldn’t get access to live chat support. It seems like all I can do now is wait, which makes me feel helpless. All my messages seem to have disappeared into the void. I still appreciate your kindness.
