GST issue

i am Mayur right here .

I am having issue related my GST .

whenever I tried to add my GST it’s keep saying that ‘ please update a valid GSTIN ‘.

while ‘ my GST is active and valid in present time .

I am trying to solve from last 1 month with the help of etsy customers support but still we have not find out any solution .
