Hello! I followed a link that said it would bring me to a technical dispute form? Hoping I am in the right place? I’m wondering when the cutoff is for messages. It doesn’t look like any messages received yesterday counted towards my numbers? Wouldn’t messages received on 10/31 count towards the last cycle?
I appreciate any help that can be offered!
Star seller seems to always cut off a day or two before the end of the month
@TheSplendorofSpirit That is correct. Etsy needs to give all Sellers the full 24 hours to reply so, if the 24 hours moves the reply deadline to the next day and that day is a new Month, it will not be counted in the stats for that Month. But the stats will update for the next Month.
Whilst time is shown in Shops in Seller's Local Time, for the purposes of SSP CSV on which the Bades are awarded, Etsy uses UTC time.

Argh! Is there anyone to actually talk (complain) to at Etsy about this? Somehow I missed one message and that was on me. I am a smaller, newer shop, so one message bumps my stats way, way down. If they counted their window to the date of the window, I may have made it.
Thanks so much for responding!
@TheSplendorofSpirit: As best as we can determine from our history and CSV files messages are assigned to the month that the 24 hour reply by window closes and orders are assigned to the month that the ship by date is. And remember that end of month is based on UTC not your time zone.
Thanks! I had 3 messagesfrom yesterday, 10/31, and they all look like they were still 10/31 by UTC time. Any reason you can see that these would not have been counted? The review period states 07/01-10/31. I haven’t found any verbiage anywherethat says messageson the last day of the month don’t count? I may be misunderstanding?
Oh! I just reread. So would that mean if someone reaches out to me the last day of the month and I respond the same day, it wouldn’t count until the following day (followingmonth) because I technically could have waited that long to respond??
