I got dinged for the Response Rate not being 100 % for November. Can I appeal this? It was not on an correspondence from an order from my shop.
I purchased some products from another seller and after a few back and forth messages they were apologizing for the late shipping on their end. They say we included some extra products to make up for it and I said thank you and they said. I hope she likes it!
I didn't reply to " I hope she likes it" and my lack of reply got flagged so I didn't get that badge.
Who can I email at Esty about that? Anyone else get dinged for "not responding" in 24 hours to an order you placed with another seller? I would think that would be on their end, not mine.

Etsy will not help you because the criteria is clearly stated - respond to ALL messages or mark as spam.
Many sellers have separate buying and selling accounts. This is always an option for us.
