STAR SELLER lost because of shop currency change

Hi,

I've changed my shop currency from USD to EUR, on May.

The Star Steller counted only the orders then made in EUR (in number of orders (though the total is correct for the shipping rate count..), and in total amount). 

All the previous orders in USD have been squizzed.

Any solution?

Any  Solution? There is no way to resolve your issue for June Badge. Changing Shop Currency deletes all Orders in the previous Currency, so statistics have to reset. I have not seen any reprts by people who reverted back to their previous Shop Currency which suggest that this will reinstate previous stats.

As of the moment, if a seller changes their shop currency mid-calculation period, their orders and sales numbers will reset and they will have to build up their orders and sales minimums again. This is why we only recommend changing the shop currency if really needed. Please be assured that we will take note of your feedback and we will be sharing it with the team to consider for a future update. Any solution? - yes, just ignore it. The star has no benefits whatsoever.

Hi, how did you change the shop currency? I cant see where to do this? I want printify and Etsy to be same currency otherwise risk price inconsistency with exchange rates?

You can change the currency you list in,
not the currency you are paid in

If you do this, you will be paying the poor conversion rate, and 2.5% for it to be converted to the shop currency, for payment

This happened to me just yesterday when I switched currency from USD to CAD.

To be honest, I'm a little angry about it - especially now that they are rolling out some small perks for sellers who have the badge. 

There should have been a warning, or the system could work in such a way that currency change happens on the 1st of the month.
