I have a customer who got the api v2 deprecated error message when she tried to download her purchase. I have read the other messages on the forum and they all refer to replacing the orange app with the blue one, but I don't use an app - I always log in to my shop on the main website on my PC and there is no reference on the website anywhere to any changes I may need to make so I don't know what to do.
How can I resolve this so my customer can download her purchase, and potentially avoid this error happening with other customers?

OP, email the file to your buyer and send her a message that you will need her to use a computer.
