Digital Download - Upload Issues

Hi, hoping someone can help with this issue.

Had a customer place an order this afternoon for a Made-to-order Digital Download. When I've logged onto my computer to create the file, her order has been moved into the completed section and I have no option to upload the file. I'm fairly new to digital downloads but I've completed a few orders for this listing with no issues.

It's a glitch.

You'll have to message/email them to the customer this time.

Try editing the listing to make it go back to a made to order digital (they are reverting to instant downloads with no files).

Thank you for your reply. I will email the file to the customer. I have checked my Digital Download listings and they are still showing as Made-to-order! Hopefully the issue is resolved quickly as I don't want to miss any order that are moving straight into the completed section. Thank you
