Dear Etsy community,
My shop "GlowingBeauties" has obviously been hacked more than 2 months ago and was suspended by Etsy. I have taken all steps to have the shop reinstated but the support has not replied since 6-7 weeks now, even after several reminding messages to Etsy zendesk and the Etsy trust department. Login is not possible and therefore I am using this friend´s account to reach out to you to ask for advice. Which steps can I take to get my account back?
I was an established 5-star seller / star seller with 422 sold units, shop name: GlowingBeauties, support case #13156029.
I would really like to start selling again on Etsy and my shop balance is still worth about 1,500 USD, which I cannot access.
Please don´t put this on “solved” because I know that other sellers are currently suffering a similar fate.

I did a search for GlowingBeauties shop and nothing came up in either Etsy search or Google.
I can see the closed shop when I do cached. But it's been so long that even the cached version shows it closed. If it's soon enough after closure you can usually still see at least the front page and reviews.
Be careful using your friend's shop to post. If you happen to do it at a location that was common for your shop's IP, then your friend's shop could get suspended next.
And they closed your last post saying it would be handled internally. Continuing to post is not going to help.
I’m sorry to hear this. It’s scary to think that any of us could get so lost in the cog of the slow moving Etsy wheel. Maybe you can get their attention on social media? Hacked accounts deserve a special department and should be treated with the highest regard.
I'm very sorry you were hacked, Stefan. And that you have been waiting 2 MONTHS for help. That's terrible; it should not take this amount of time to receive assistance. I wonder if you would benefit by "atting" Admin HerrMoostache (if you wish).
Probably not a good idea since he already closed the last post.
