Shop hacked

A friend´s shop was hacked and suspended by Etsy 7 weeks ago. He has taken all steps to have his shop reinstated but the support has not replied since several weeks now, even after several reminding messages to the general support and the Etsy trust department. Login is not possible.
He was an established 5-star seller, shop name: GlowingBeauties, support case #13156029
