People from around the world purchase my items at national prices. I set national and global prices but people from abroad see national prices. Sometimes I check the ads and I find out that global prices changed into national without my intervention.
???
Daily stats also have issues, and Etsy support chat doesn't work as well. Is anyone else experiencing all this?
@Artitu: "Is anyone else experiencing all this?" Sadly this forum is full of reports about your issue - https://community.etsy.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&f...
This has been a bug for at least a couple of years
This is the fix that others sellers say etsy gave them ....
Do this edit in your mobile browser or desktop (not the app, as it's apparently getting updated and this won't work):
Disable domestic & global pricing on the listing
Publish the listing
Edit the listing again to add domestic & global pricing
Publish the listing.

Thank you. I'do that

I just had the same issue pop up a few weeks ago and again today. I lost some revenue because of it. Perhaps I can count myself lucky as it happened only twice but twice is 2 x too much. After it happened again today, I cancelled the order and now disabled global pricing completely.
Why has this issue not been solved by Etsy IT services / customer service I wonder?
