My message reply stats are completely bungled. At first, if I got a convo from a customer, I would see in I’m my emails, click the link and answer it from there. The message would be fine, but the “system” did not recognize it as a reply.
So I started going 1st to my app, then replying from there. This worked for awhile, until it didn’t.
Now I have 3 convos that I have had multiple back and forth messages with customers that are still alerting me to quickly respond.
I’ve tried Etsy customer service, but can’t seem to get past the roadblocks.

the blue message saying you need to reply seems to be stuck, it goes away after about 3 days, it's a display problem, and does not affect star seller
