Gift wrapping option not appearing at checkout

I have the Gift Wrapping option enabled in my settings, yet my customers aren't able to see an option to select it at checkout.  'Mark order as a gift' is visible, but not the option to purchase the gift wrap I have set up.  I have checked both desktop and app versions of Etsy with the same result.  Is anyone else offering gift wrapping but not noticed anyone selecting it recently?  Does it appear on your checkout page?

Are you referring to another shop of yours?  The one you're posting with is ''taking a short break'' and the last review was in 2012.

I put the earrings in my cart and under ''mark order as a gift'' is says ''We'll hide the price on the packing slip.  At checkout you can add free personal touches to your gift--a note, a customizable preview, and more!' 

So  @WitticismsRus is correct, they changed it somewhat.   It used to be a checkable option to choose a note and/or gift wrapping before proceeding to check out.   I didn't go further, but I assume those options will appear after a buyer 'proceeds to check out.'

Didn't they change how gift wrap and gift messages show up at checkout when they rolled out GiftMode? Like they added the whole gift teaser thing and other Giftmode options. Maybe it's hidden further in checkout? The shop you are posting from is not currently open so I can't check a listing for you.

I'm sorry, I posted under my personal account, not work.  Here is the listing.  It shows we have gift wrapping options, but my customer was never able to find it either.  She completed checkout without seeing it.

@RedRavenNest  Maybe a buyer has to actually mark it as a gift in order for the options to show up after checking out?

I had her try it and I tried that myself, and it didn't give any further options.   The buyer completed the checkout process without being able to access it. 

We have many orders 'marked as gift', but none actually purchasing the gift wrapping in at least the past week, which is odd for our shop.

hi, i just tested it in your shop. yes the gift wrap option shows up on the very last page.

steps:

from cart, select Mark as Gift, then proceed to checkout

on the next page you can enter all your gift info like the note, your name, teaser stuff, etc (or skip it). 

on the next page you enter the shipping address

on the next page you pick your payment method

and THEN on the LAST page, you scroll down a little and select "Add gift wrapping". This is located in the same box as upgrading shipping, if you wanted to.

I do gift wrapping and I also have the option for extra special gift wrapping which customers sometimes you to buy as an extra.  However, no-one has opted for it for ages so I do not think it can be visible/very obvious to customers now.  It is very annoying that Etsy has changed it as it used to bring in additional income.
