I put in what I thought was the tracking number on an order but it’s incorrect and it was WEEKS ago and I can’t so anything manually because it won’t let me - there are no options to. The customer received the item around 4 weeks ago but she can’t write a review because the order still says in transit. How do I resolve this because it looks like it’s got lost and I really need that review.
The buy can leave a review. The review window opens the day after expected delivery.

Once the delivery date passes the buyer can leave a review. In the future you have only 3 days to change the tracking number.
If the carrier did not scan the item in then it could be that.
Or you can contact Etsy and see if they will change the tracking number for you to the correct one. Did you check the correct tracking to see if it said delivered?
