@LenoraChance: Have you checked the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to confirm which order(s) Etsy thinks was shipped late and / or without verifiable tracking?
In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
"I have shipped all orders on time ..." Remember that the Star Seller metrics for shipping are that you marked the order as complete on time with a verifiable tracking number.
