I'm getting signed out of my account and required to reset my password. This works once but they it kicks me out again and the password reset link doesn't send. Thankfully I have this other account I can post to this forum through, but the sellers this is happening to can't post on the forum because they can't get into their accounts. I'm still receiving orders, but I can't fulfill them because I can't get into the account and I haven't received a response from Etsy support. Has anyone been through this?

Can't Login to our Seller Account!
We received an email from Etsy today saying that they reset our password for our shop - not prompted by us but by Etsy itself. Stating possible security issue. We followed the new password link and reset our password. When we try to access our etsy dashboard it keeps saying an email was sent to reset password. We are not getting any more emails. And everytime we try to log in it just keeps saying that an email has been sent. This has been going on for hours now. Any else with similar issue? Or any resolution?

Lots of us with the same issue and no resolution. I'm in the same boat and using a second account to even post on the board. I chatted with support and they basically said there are lots of sellers with the same issue and they don't know why. No resolution offered other than to reach out to my email provider (gmail) and ask them why the reset emails aren't sending. From what I can find, it's impossible to contact gmail (google)

Yeah, I don't know. I mean I'm receiving order emails during this time so not sure why a password reset email will not come through.

Etsy support told us to ring Microsoft as it wasn't there issue. After ringing Microsoft and getting evidence it is an etsy issue just cut the support chat!

The fact that a mod merged the 2 threads on the topic may mean that Etsy now knows.
Those of you with more than one account should definitely open a Chat or callback ticket.

I just did 'forgot password' for my second account and an email was sent to my gmail account for that. So it's not a gmail thing

It is now letting me reset the password but after I reset it still cannot log in. Issue not resolved as of 3:08 Central time.
