This seems to be an on and off issue... Today, Friday, July 11th it is an issue... a Scan Form for all the packages where I've purchased shipping labels being shipped within the US TODAY, is not generating to print. I was able to generate & print a Scan Form for my international packages, just not domestic. I've contacted Etsy and the woman I talked to was not aware of any issue and someone will supposedly get back to me...

Lots of people posted about this yesterday in the forum so I'm not sure why it still isn't fixed. I couldn't get mine to generate either.
Yeah- I was surprised (not really) that the woman I talked to @ Etsy had no clue.... really?!! Yikes!
I chatted w/support last night, and that wasn't helpful.
I just now got off the phone with support and was assured it would be escalated.
I had to stress that it's nothing we are doing wrong, and that is absolutely an Etsy web/coder error that needs urgent fixing.
We shall see.
In the interim, I feel like I'm forced to use an outside shipping service unless this is addressed/fixed today.
I cannot go through this again, waiting in line for individual packages to be scanned at the post office. Horrible.
It's unfortunate that the people you and I spoke with had no clue... especially since, as you said, it was an issue yesterday as well. Does anyone at Etsy survey the forums - especially technical issues? If not, why?!

I made sure to copy/paste the URL to this forum post, as well as tell the support phone person today there were a couple of threads in the forums.
Still, it is shocking nobody has complained, but maybe everyone who sells in volume is using non-Etsy shipping labels. I hate to have to pay for an outside service, BUT ... I cannot have this happen again, especially with the unfazed response I received when talking to support about the urgency of this matter. And, it remains unfixed.
It did work for me about an hour ago...
That's good to hear, but my next batch of orders will be shipped with a different service, because I have not heard back from Etsy that this has been fixed or that they've even acknowledged the problem.
I won't be standing in line at the PO again due to this nasty and urgent glitch.
It's disheartening that Support is nowhere.
I'm having the same problem and arguing with customer service - they are trying to say its me ugh I'm so disappointed in Etsy lately
