I'm trying to set up Free Shipping when a shopper orders a specific amount or more. I don't see the option to input the $ amount. Seems like a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this today?

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
Hello
Is the issue resolved? I have been contacting etsy since two weeks. They are not responding and now their chatting option has a problem.

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
It's not a bug. It's a test, which I'm still unfortunately a part of.

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
sales have been hugely affected thanks to the new features now. From 100 sales to 23 sales per week.

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
It's a test which I'm still a part of. I'm not happy about it either because now we have less options to work with. Can't even run free shipping with a minimum purchase. Less incentives for buyers as well.

This is an old thread. Yes, unfortunately it's a permanent feature now.

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
It is NOT a test ... the feature was permanently taken away and now the ONLY way to set FS with a minimum $ amount or a minimum # of items, is via "Create A Promo Code".

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
I had that sale running since 2020. I accidentally clicked to end it just an hour ago, and I feel so stupid now. We can't even reactivate the sale we had running; it makes no sense. People can order a certain amount to get discounts or free shipping.
$35 is too low for me since the cost of the goods I sell are way above that
thank you for the info

Re: Free Shipping with Minimum Purchase Bug???
I just noticed that all my sales above $35 were charged the shipping cost, for the last couple of weeks. Sounds like this option may no longer be available. Did not get that memo from Etsy. I've never done a "promo code." Can you create the promo code to offer free shipping with a minimum amount ordered? Do you think this will help attract more buyers. Like many, my sales have been way down for about a month.
