Good afternoon. Eleven days ago, on 23.11.24, I was shocked to learn that my store was put on vacation. No explanation, no reason known to me. I did not receive any letters by mail. I check spam and junk every day.
My store has a good rating, I get a seller star almost every month. This month I also had it until the 23rd. My customers' feedback is five-star, and the delivery is always on time. I don't have any prohibited products. All the products in the store are exclusively handmade, made by me personally from authorized materials (polymer clay and UV resin)
I do not understand the reason for the block. The support service does not respond to my messages. Please help me solve this problem.. 🥺 Thank You

Check your email including spam folder.
If you don't receive an email within 24/48 hours contact Etsy. Chat will only refer you to a specialist. And sending a message are you using Contact us under Help. No other email works for Etsy.
