I had earnt my star seller badge for more than one year nonstop. Know Etsy is saying that my Message response rate is 93% for March. But is not. I need somebody inside Etsy to have a look to the stats. I don't need a screenshot showing that, I'm already to see that. I just need somebody to check the stats. According to ALL the messages received AND answered during that period, the stats should be over 95%. Is just maths, is not an opinion or a feeling. IS JUST MATHS. There is no way that the number should be under 95%.

Maybe with some message like "Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period". download the message CSV for the last review period, and it'll tell you the ones that were missed.
The problem is the CSV is up to March 26th, and I received messages up to March 31st.
Etsy says that data is based on the period January 1–March 31, 2023. But is not. It goes until March 26th.
The last 2 days of the month are not counted for messages, allowing a full 24 hours for you to reply.
"Messages sent on the last two days of the 3-month review period may be excluded from the current review period and counted towards the next period instead. This is to allow Sellers a full 24 hours to respond and not be penalised for messages received late on the final day of the review period."

The star seller requirements are clearly listed in Etsy's help articles / seller resource articles, and Etsy's Seller Handbook is also easily accessible from your shop manager dashboard.
It's up to the seller to make sure they are familiar with all policies and any changes made to those policies.
You can always activate your out of office reply on your mrssages so it doesnt happen in the future
I had 95% response to messages on last day of November 2024. Received star seller at beginning of December. Now on 2 December it is 94% but I haven’t received any messages so how has it changed.
