This is my forth try to have my articles re-listed that have been deactivated by Etsy.
They are completely within the rules:
1 vintage belt, original from Charles Jourdan signed.
1 vintage Collier original from Montana, signed.
Everything is shown in the photos.
I only got auto-responders and no human ever checked that false deactivation.

@SiendaAgenda: "I only got auto-responders and no human ever checked that false deactivation." Every eMail from Etsy will have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive. You may have to do this innumerable times before anything is done but do not give up. Opening a new issue or contacting Etsy multiple times about the same issue appears to close the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile.
I did that. 4 times and then they seem to have blocked me as there didn't came any answers anymore.
(I have not left the nettiquette)
You need to keep responding to the same support ticket that you still need help. You will likely have to do that multiple times before you get an actual human being to review the listings. The removal was likely done by a bot so needs to be reviewed by a human. That can take some time so try to be patient.
My last bot error removal took nearly 2 months to finally be reviewed by a human and put back up in my shop. It took 5 weeks to even get an initial reply and another 2 1/2 weeks until a human reviewed and relisted it. Keep responding to the origional support ticket every few days telling them that you still need help and try to be patient.
Wow, 2 months. Thank you very much for the time you took for me!
Okay, so I do it again and try than to keep the ticket up.
I have the impression that it becomes worse and worse. But hey, what shall we do?
Thanks again, have a lovely evening
I am new to Etsy, just one week and they have removed several articles from my shop that are 100% compliant with their policy. Funny thing is that I see people selling cheap stuff from china, copied from everywhere, and those listings are active and doing fine. I had no idea Etsy did not offer customer support, it really is bad not to being able to speak to someone. I am discouraged and thinking about taking my shop to Amazon. Does anyone have experience here with Amazon?
Several of your necklaces and earrings can be found on that wholesale jewelry site that you have as your production partner. They are also selling them for much less than you are.

Your images have already been stolen by several websites including aliexpress, shein & Amazon, they have also stolen images from your banner.
This is why your listings are being removed, you need to make sure all these websites (including sellers on Amazon) remove your images before you are banned and shop is removed from Etsy
