we have been writing here several times due to the verification shut down of our Shop (Ltd.)
About two weeks ago, the trust and safety team has finally gotten back to us, with an actual solution. We were really happy about that. I did as requested, but then.. nothing. Its been over two weeks. Yesterday i finally reuploaded the document, because i guess it didnt make sense to wait longer.
We are normally expecting about 300 orders in a december. Can the admin PLEASE forward this to the right people, so that issue is finally, after over a month, resolved?
We also opened a new email ticket.
Trust and safety never gets back to us when we reply to their mails- but the mail from two weeks ago felt written by an actual human.
And can others please tell us, how long their verification was pending? Did a reupload solve the problem ?
This issue has a huge impact on our christmas preparation and really not funny anymore.

The ETA for response varies on a case-by-case basis, and a separate team is handling the ticket you recently filed. Any further communication on the matter, if applicable, will only occur directly with you, and via email.
