Can't change my shipping profile

I can't change the shipping profile on some of my listings and am stuck with free shipping - the publish button is grayed out and any changes I try to make will not "stick". It is highly frustrating and I can't fix the issue.  Any suggestions?  I've had orders come in as free shipping and that was not my intention.

I just experienced the same issue.  For now, I have raised my item's selling price to compensate, until issue is resolved by Etsy.
