Etsy shipping labels - customs info no longer auto-filling value of each item, bug?

I've noticed the past few times I've purchased a shipping label for an overseas order using Etsy Shipping Labels, the customs information no longer autofills the value of each item. It still autofills the description and quantity, but the cost of each item is not referenced. Is this a bug or a feature that I don't quite understand the worth of? It's really annoying because I don't know the cost of everything off the top of my head, I then need to go and look up the prices!

I'm having this issue too and agree that's it very frustrating. Hoping Etsy can fix this or provide a response on why this feature has changed.

I found a fix. Select all the orders you want to create shipping labels for > complete order > order shipping labels > no prices shown > exit > deselect first order > reselect first order > complete order > order shipping labels

and now your shipping labels will have their prices shown in the shipping label.

I found an even easier way after playing about with your fix:

- Select orders

- "Get Postage Labels"

- no prices shown

- "Cancel"

- "Get Postage Labels" (orders remain selected)

- prices shown

Seems to work for me, let me know if you have similar luck - it's a few less clicks.

Sorry, but these "fixes" are ridiculous.  Etsy needs to fix the problem.  It worked properly in the past before they messed with the software with yet another "upgrade,"  so we know how it's SUPPOSED to work and that it CAN work properly.  This is a bug that needs to be repaired!

It populates the price but only if you do the international label separate from the others. Big pain in the you-know-what!
