On average several banks fail every year. The past two years have been unusually quiet. This is just a return to normal, and considering one was due to cryptocurrency exposure and the other due to mismanagement by venture capitalists, those two were to be expected. I haven't researched yet why Signature was closed. Rarely are banks closed for reasons of economic climate. They almost always are due to mismanagement of that particular bank.
Beyond a few days perhaps, as long as people can get at their money, this will have little impact on most people except for the most nervous or biggest conspiracy theorists.
